Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking an AMER Sales Operations Manager to join our team supporting Google. You will analyze sales performance, socialize trends, quantify risks and opportunities, and support our monthly forecasting processes, leveraging automated reporting and ad-hoc analysis.

You will lead cross-functional discussions, drive forecast accuracy, and help the team achieve targets by using root cause investigations and scalable analyses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Forecasting, or related field.
• Experience with consumer hardware or electronics industry preferred, OEM or 3rd party.
• Strong business acumen, analytical, data manipulation and reporting skillset.
• Distinctive structuring skills, with ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring insights.
• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support internal business planning and go-to-market activities for Pixel Mobile Products.
• Manage weekly business processes including analyzing sales results, promotions, launches and end-of-life activities.
• Track key performance metrics: sell-out units, sell-in units, sell-in gross revenue and partner on-hand units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including category managers, demand planning, supply planning, and finance.
• Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and quantify risks and opportunities.
• Provide accurate ad hoc reporting and analyses to solve problems at scale.
