Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC in New York is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the operational backbone across merchandising, logistics, warehousing, and sampling programs.

You will own SOPs, KPI forecasting, budgeting, invoicing readiness, and vendor management, while building scalable processes, dashboards, and data-driven insights to improve profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of increasing responsibility in operations, logistics, field marketing, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of experiential marketing, retail execution, and field programs.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Advanced Excel and data management capabilities.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, invoicing, forecasting, and reconciliation experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational backbone across client programs with scalable processes and governance.
• Own SOPs, workflows, trackers, and KPI reporting tools.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, invoicing readiness, reconciliation, AP/PO coordination, and expenses.
• Oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory controls, vendor management, and reporting.
• Collaborate with field teams on planning, launches, and high-volume activity; ensure KPI performance.
• Develop dashboards and BI tools to support data-driven decision making.
