Job summary

First Coast CMS is seeking a friendly, high-energy amenity center host in Saint Augustine, FL. You’ll greet residents, check credentials, answer calls, manage rentals, set up events, restock, and keep offices and restrooms tidy.

You’ll also handle delicate situations with a smile and enforce community rules to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. Requirements include 18+, reliable transportation, 2+ years of customer service, and First Aid/ CPR/ AED certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Reliable Transportation (You may work at different locations within the community).
• 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience (preferred).
• First Aid / CPR / AED Certification within 90 days of employment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available for this role).

Responsibilities

• Greeting residents like they are VIPs (because they are!).
• Checking credentials on iPad/Cloud-based system (tech-savvy).
• Answering phones and directing inquiries.
• Managing Rentals: check-ins for private parties, inspect room, ensure furniture is put back.
• Setting up and taking down community events.
• Restocking supplies and keeping the office/restrooms tidy.
