Job summary

First Coast CMS is seeking a friendly, high-energy Front Desk Attendant for our Amenity Center in Saint Augustine, FL.

You’ll greet residents, verify access, handle rentals, answer inquiries, and keep the facility tidy, inside and out in warm Florida weather. This seasonal, part-time role requires weekend work, First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 90 days, and the stamina to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and able to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• First Aid / CPR / AED certified within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to work weekends and seasonally.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and check them in; set a welcoming tone.
• Check credentials on iPad/Cloud-based system; be tech‑savvy.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries; manage rentals and events.
• Inspect rooms on checkout; ensure furniture is put back and cleaned if needed.
• Set up and take down community events; restock supplies and keep areas tidy.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and assist as needed in a fast-paced environment.
