Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a full-time Surgical Technologist at ASC St. Agnes.

The Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures, maintains a sterile field, prepares supplies and equipment, and supports the surgical team and quality improvement activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program, state certification as required, and strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to procedures
• Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center
• Supports and participates in quality improvement activities
