ASC St. Agnes, affiliated with United Surgical Partners International, is seeking a full-time Surgical Technologist to scrub for procedures and maintain sterile field. The role supports the surgical team and participates in quality improvement activities.
The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with Surgical Tech program and state certification as required. Prior ambulatory center experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with physicians.
The Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team. Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures. Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures. Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center. Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
