Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the practice state is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• PALS certification is required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-assessment documents and tests 1–3 days before surgery to prevent delays.
• Perform a full health assessment and reconcile medications.
• Follow admission criteria and BMI guidelines as directed.
• Assist patients with completing the pre-assessment module and manage PAT files.
• Serve as liaison across care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Provide PAT nursing care in the pre-op area under medical staff direction.
• Greet and assist patients, visitors, physicians, and staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
