Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain or related role.
• Experience with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Create, confirm, and expedite purchase orders for assigned departments.
• Assist end users with sourcing products and services and verify requisitions.
• Maintain item files with vendor pricing and terms.
• Resolve receipts, returns, and invoicing issues for POs.
• Monitor implants and supplies and stock levels for procedures.
• Deliver supplies to operating rooms and restock as needed.
• Receive shipments, inspect items, and report damaged or recalled items.
• Document inventory activities and ensure accurate billing collaboration with Finance.
