Job summary

Hartford HealthCare’s Hartford Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Ambulatory Surgery Center and PACU. You will care for pre-operative and post-anesthesia patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Require a Connecticut RN license, a BSN, and 1-2 years of Medical/Surgical experience, plus BLS. Shifts are 8 hours, 5:00am–7:30pm, Monday–Friday, with potential extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License.
• BSN Required.
• Registered Nurse with 1-2 years of Medical/Surgical experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients in pre-operative and post-operative PACU settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient-centered care.
• Develop and follow a plan of care based on evidence-based practices and standards.
• Ensure timely, compassionate care from admission through recovery.
