Panorama Eye Care LLC in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Surgery Center Patient Experience Representative to provide clerical support at the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Responsibilities include patient admission for procedures, surgical chart preparation, and coordinating operating room schedules with excellent organizational skills.

The role emphasizes patient care, professional communication, and teamwork within the ASC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with two years of work experience.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, in person, over the phone and via email.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, family members, and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Complete check-in for procedures and ensure patient information is complete in the chart.
• Collect payments and provide receipts for patient records.
• Keep patients informed throughout their ASC progress.
• Receive and direct calls to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Coordinate OR schedules and distribute schedules to relevant staff.
