Job summary

Panorama Eyecare in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Patient Experience Representative at the front desk to greet patients, schedule appointments, and check in/out for doctors, while ensuring a friendly, organized flow.

You will serve as a general information source, handle insurance verification, payments, and direct patients to the right areas; experience in medical office and strong customer service are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and basic computer literacy are expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and check them in/out for each doctor.
• Verify patient information and insurance details; obtain referrals/authorizations.
• Schedule all in-office appointments and manage recalls on route slips.
• Collect payments and balance cash/receipts.
• Direct patients to appropriate locations and provide information as needed.
