Job summary

Panorama Eyecare is seeking a Patient Communications Representative I to join our Fort Collins call center. You will handle appointment bookings, verify insurance participation, and be a welcoming voice for patients, following office guidelines.

You may work independently or with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service. The role requires strong computer skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; medical office experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and office software.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone promptly and greet patients professionally.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Provide information about billing and office policies.
• Route calls according to triage guidelines and assist with emails.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Support daily administrative tasks and team coordination.
