Panorama Eyecare in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Patient Communications Representative I for the Call Center. You will make appointments, verify insurance participation, and serve as a welcoming voice for all patients, while following office guidelines and working independently or in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include handling 65+ calls/day after six months, addressing billing inquiries, maintaining patient data, and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Experience with word processing and scheduling software.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone promptly and provide friendly patient service.
• Verify patient information and insurance details.
• Assist with billing questions and patient account inquiries.
• Route calls per triage guidelines and manage emails/calls efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
