Job summary

Panorama Eyecare in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Surgery Center Patient Experience Representative to provide clerical support to the ASC. You will handle patient admissions, chart prep, and OR scheduling with strong organization and interpersonal skills.

You will greet patients, collect payments, coordinate information, and maintain accurate medical records while delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of office experience.
• Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in person, over the phone and via email.
• Must maintain current BLS certification; obtain within 3 months of hire.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Champions the Mission Statement of the Panorama Eye Care Family.
• Provide high level patient care and service in the ASC.
• Deliver professional customer service to patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.
• Coordinate OR schedules and print/distribute confirmed schedules.
• Assist Health Information Management to maintain organized patient files.
• Greet patients and complete check-in for procedures.
• Manage collections and provide receipts/documentation for records.
