Responsibilities

• Assign ICD-10-CM and CPT codes per UHDDS rules and guidelines.
• Maintain 96%+ accuracy and meet productivity benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Coding team and other departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely releases and billing with discharge data updates.
• Adhere to Coding Clinic guidance and government regulations.
