Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients within a specified unit under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with procedures and prepare for examinations as required.
• Collect key information from patients and medical reports; document patient status and care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses; participate in patient education.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals; ensure accurate charting and data entry.
