Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day operating room operations and drive patient experience improvements. The role oversees PACU, credentialing, risk management, and collaborates with the ASC Administrator on budgeting, policies, and staff performance.

The Clinical Manager will apply clinical leadership and aseptic principles to optimize outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance in an ambulatory surgery setting.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current license in the state.
• BSN or higher degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical management or managerial experience.
• Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, resourcing and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with standards and regulations for clinical fields (ISO, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office and patient management software.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Understanding of aseptic technique and surgical patient management.
