Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Dallas is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the operating room and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, implementing process improvements to enhance patient experience.

The role reports to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate to promote fiscal accountability, develop policies, and evaluate staff performance. It will also oversee credentialing and risk management to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and current RN license.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• 2–3 years as clinical manager or similar role.
• Experience supervising clinical programs.
• Budgeting, resource planning and performance evaluation knowledge.
• Familiar with ISO standards and clinical regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of aseptic technique implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operating room operations.
• Oversee PACU activities and patient experience.
• Collaborate with ASC Administrator on policies and fiscal accountability.
• Oversee staff credentialing and safety measures.
