Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a registered nurse for our Menomonee Falls Surgery Center to provide direct and indirect patient care within a busy ambulatory setting. You will apply the nursing process, align with physician plans, and uphold policies to ensure quality and cost-effective care.

This role is on-site, 32 hours per week with a 0.8 FTE, shift 1, and includes a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Requirements include Wisconsin RN licensure, BLS, ACLS preferred, 1 year of Med/Surg/OR/PACU

Qualifications

• Professional nursing knowledge and practice
• Experience with nursing process and ambulatory surgery settings preferred
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin or compact state

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care using the nursing process.
• Align care with physician plans and facility policies.
• Support cost containment, efficiency, and quality performance
