Froedtert Health seeks a Staff RN-Inpatient to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult inpatients. You will work under a Charge Nurse with a preceptor, promoting early mobility and safe recoveries for patients often discharged within 36 hours.

The role requires current WI RN licensure and BLS; BSN preferred, with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package including a $15k bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Clinical nursing experience in inpatient settings.
• Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for an identified inpatient group.
• Deliver care to predominantly adult patients and promote safe recovery.
• Collaborate with the care team and preceptor during onboarding.
