Job summary

The Registered Nurse at Froedtert Health will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for an identified group of adult patients in acute care. The role rotates across Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital and Froedtert West Bend Hospital with 3 12-hour shifts (1900-0730) and every 3rd weekend rotation.

Requires 12 months of inpatient nursing experience; Wisconsin RN licensure; BSN preferred. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• 12 months of inpatient hospital nursing experience preferred.
• Requires Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license (NLC).
• BSN preferred; if <1 year RN experience, enrollment in BSN program within 15 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for an adult patient population.
• Navigate acute care units within assigned Froedtert entities.
