Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of support staff to ensure smooth workflow and operation of the department.
• Oversees center business office functions (admissions/registration, insurance verification, scheduling, patient financials, medical records).
• Acts as liaison between the center and the central business office.
• Collaborates to establish and manage patient experience programs.
• Oversees center office supply inventory and ordering.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, federal, HIPAA, AAAHC, and OSHA requirements.
• Coordinates resolution of physician-related issues and staff interactions.
• Works with HR, finance, IT, compliance as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
