Job summary

Atlas Healthcare Partners seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for MultiCare Surgery Center – McPhee in Olympia, WA. This full-time position requires assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient nursing care in accordance with standards while ensuring ethical and safe care.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of practice (or compact)
• BLS and ACLS required
• PALS within 90 days if pediatrics with ASC services
• Minimum one-year RN OR experience OR with PeriOp101 program requirement

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual and discharge planning.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care with discharge plan; collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care, coordinate, delegate and supervise nursing activities.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plans accordingly.
• Document care and communicate status to the care team.
• Promote best nursing practices and participate in education and mentoring.
• Support department operations and ensure compliant, high-quality patient care.
