Job summary

MultiCare Surgery Center - NeoSpine, operated by Atlas Healthcare Partners in Puyallup, WA, seeks a senior operations leader to direct ambulatory site performance, ensure patient flow, and partner with physicians to deliver high-quality care.

You will oversee compliance, budgeting, strategic planning, and staff development, while guiding privacy, regulatory adherence, and service excellence across the center.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS certification within six months if ASC pediatrics.
• Three to five years of healthcare management experience.
• Experience leading and/or managing clinical operations.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall operation of the site to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective services.
• Maintains compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Hires, mentors, develops and evaluates staff to promote engagement and productivity.
• Leads physician recruitment efforts and collaborates with partners to support growth.
• Manages site budget and financial performance with strategic planning and accountability.
