Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health professions, business administration, public administration or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of related surgical, ambulatory and/or circulating nursing experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years of administrative management experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for ASC operations, processes and staffing.
• Manage revenue, NOI and financial performance with clinical leadership.
• Develop indicators and report risks or opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing and credentialing exceed requirements.
• Oversee ASC billing processes, authorizations and collections.
