Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. in San Ramon, CA, is seeking a Surgery Center Administrator to lead day-to-day ASC operations onsite, partnering with physicians and governing leadership to drive quality, patient experience, and sustainable growth.

The ideal candidate has ASC leadership experience and strong healthcare operations, with familiarity in accreditation standards. You will manage staffing, budgets, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives to enhance service-line performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field.
• Demonstrated healthcare leadership and operational management experience.
• Direct Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Hospital Surgical Services leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered.
• Experience with accreditation and regulatory standards such as AAAHC, Joint Commission, CMS, and applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily administrative, clinical-support, and business operations of the surgery center.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, employee performance, operating budgets, and facility performance.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards, serving as a key operational liaison.
• Drive quality, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness.
• Monitor financial and operational performance while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement.
