Qualifications

• Demonstrated healthcare leadership and operational management experience.
• Direct Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, financial performance, staffing, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily administrative, clinical-support, and business operations of the surgery center.
• Oversee staffing, workforce planning, employee performance, operating budgets, and facility performance.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards, serving as a key operational liaison.
• Drive quality, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field

Experience working with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards
