Job summary

La Peer Health Systems in Beverly Hills seeks a Clinical Administrator to lead and supervise all surgical center staff and ensure delivery of coordinated medical care. This role reports to the Director of Operations and drives quality, safety, risk management, and related services across the ambulatory surgical center.

The administrator will allocate assignments, interpret policies, monitor staffing, and oversee operations in the OR, with a focus on patient care standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or two to four years related experience.
• Experience supervising ambulatory surgical center personnel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
