Job summary

Azspineandjoint is seeking a Clinical Administrator to oversee all surgical center personnel and coordinate medical care and related services. The role reports to the Director of Operations and ensures quality, safety, risk management, and policy compliance across the ambulatory center, including two Beverly Hills locations on Wilshire Blvd.

The position requires leadership in staffing, budget oversight, and maintenance of nursing standards, with oversight of clinical services and daily

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to supervise surgical center personnel and coordinate services.
• Experience in nursing practice standards and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ambulatory surgical center staff and promote cooperative effort.
• Delegate responsibilities to professional, technical, and ancillary personnel.
• Coordinate administrative duties to ensure proper staff functioning.
• Monitor budget compliance and assist in services budgeting.
• Oversee two Beverly Hills locations on Wilshire Blvd.
