Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks a Clinical Administrator to lead and supervise surgical center personnel. You will coordinate medical care delivery and support services under the Director of Operations, ensuring quality, safety, and risk management across two Beverly Hills locations.

The role requires a CA RN license and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with several years of relevant leadership experience. Strong policy interpretation and staff development are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires an active California RN license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–4 years related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise ambulatory care staff.
• Experience with quality, safety, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote cooperative staff effort in surgical center operations.
• Allocate and complete daily operations tasks and interpret policy.
• Coordinate administrative duties for proper staff functioning.
• Oversee materials, supplies, and equipment with the Director of Supply.
• Coordinate activity within the operating room suite and with Operations VP.
