HCA Healthcare's Trinity Park Surgery Center in Arlington, TX seeks a Medical Business Office Supervisor to oversee all business office functions including billing, cash flow, and scheduling. You will guide a team, ensure data integrity in registrations and insurance verification, and coordinate with physicians on patient care logistics.

The role emphasizes leadership in a medical office setting with a focus on improving financial performance and contract management with payers.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical office setting
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration desired; extensive or relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree

Responsabilidades

• Supervise registration, medical records, accounts receivable, accounts payable, scheduling, insurance verification and collections
• Monitor and analyze reports for the center and oversee the operational success of the business office
• Supervise workflow and reassign staff as workload demands
• Evaluate registration, insurance verification and cash posting to ensure data integrity
• Lead staff meetings and provide guidance to strengthen the team
• Communicate with physicians regarding patient scheduling, registration and verification of insurance
• Oversee center managed care contracts with Medicare and Medicaid
