Job summary

University Health in San Antonio, TX, seeks a senior operations leader to direct and supervise all operations and coordinate provider activities in collaboration with the medical dyad. This role oversees staffing, budgeting, fiscal planning, recruitment, service line growth, equipment purchases, and facility development.

You will work daily with physicians, managers, and senior administrators to ensure optimal performance and patient care across the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in healthcare.
• Lean training preferred.
• Knowledge of personnel, administrative and financial procedures and practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word essential.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all operations for the assigned area.
• Coordinates provider activities in collaboration with the medical dyad.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting, fiscal planning, and recruitment.
• Responsible for growth of new service lines and equipment procurement.
• Manages facility development and liaises with physicians and senior admins.
