Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure from an accredited nursing program.
• Prior supervisory experience or formal supervisory training preferred.
• 3 years of ambulatory care or hospital experience with MA/LPN/RN roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and coordinate daily practice activities.
• Assist in budget development and monitor fiscal compliance.
• Develop and initiate practice-specific policies, protocols, and critical pathways.
• May float to UFHP practices as needed for staffing.
