Job summary

The supervisor will assist with budget development, monitor fiscal compliance, and may float to other UFHP practices as needed to support staffing demands.

Qualifications

• RN licensure from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• 3 years ambulatory care or hospital experience including MA/LPN/RN.
• Prior supervisory experience or formal supervisory training preferred.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
• Level 2 requires 4 years RN experience; may include LPN/MA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and evaluate performance in collaboration with supervisor.
• Coordinate daily practice activities and ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide clinical nursing assessment, counseling, and direct patient care in a physician office setting.
• Collaborate with health care providers and ancillary services.
• Assist with policy/protocol development and critical pathways.
• Assist with budget development and monitor fiscal compliance.
• May float to other UFHP practices as needed for staffing.
