Job summary

Nashville General Hospital is hiring an onsite RN Practice Manager for our MetroCenter clinic. The role provides direct management, staffing oversight, policy implementation, and performance improvement support to ensure high-quality, efficient care.

Responsibilities include budgeting, staff training, workflow optimization, and ensuring HIPAA, TJC, and PCMH/PCSP compliance. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and operation management skills in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN (preferred) with three years of progressive responsibility in an ambulatory clinical setting.
• 2-3 years of leadership and team supervisory experience.
• Experience in a clinic setting, PCMH/PCSP, and EMR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage operations of one or more clinics, aligning with NGH’s vision and strategic plan.
• Monitor revenues and expenditures; assist in budgeting and reporting.
• Manage clinic flow to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct regular rounds to evaluate patient care, operations, and staff needs.
• Oversee revenue cycle components to meet budget targets; present monthly reports.
• Lead and participate in staff development, meetings, and performance reviews.
