Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for Per Diem Days at Morristown Medical Center in Morristown, NJ. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to treat patients, monitor status, administer medications, document care, and educate patients.
Required: RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS certification. Preferred: BSN, ACLS, and 1+ year of nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Preferred: ASN must complete BSN within five years of start date.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
- Preferred: ACLS certification.
Responsabilités
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Records patient vital signs and medical information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
