University of Mississippi Medical Center seeks an RN I-Ambulatory to assess and implement nursing care in an ambulatory clinic. You will coordinate patient scheduling, records, and admissions, and act as a liaison among case managers and home health staff.

Responsibilities include documenting care in the electronic medical record and supporting interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective patient care. Strong RN licensure and EHR proficiency are required.

Formación

• Valid RN License is required.
• Knowledge of clinical nursing care procedures and protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with computer systems/EHR and related programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provides patient care by performing assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating treatments.
• Documents care in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Coordinates delivery of care within the practice and across health care settings.
• Refers patients to services as ordered by the provider.
• Collaborates across disciplines to improve quality of care and patient satisfaction.
• Mentors staff and participates in orientation and education.
