Job summary

MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles seeks an Ambulatory Clinical RN to lead the care team in ambulatory settings. The Ambulatory Float Pool role is full-time daytime, reporting to the Director of Ambulatory Services.

The ideal candidate holds a California RN license, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), BLS and ACLS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• BLS for Providers (AHA).
• ACLS certification (AHA).
• 1 year clinical experience required; 2 years preferred in related settings.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health care team and provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Work within ambulatory/outpatient clinics and collaborate with clinicians.
• Maintain compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
