Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Current California RN license is required.
• Current BLS for Providers (AHA) certification.
• ACLS certification is required.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred in relevant settings.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy with MS Office, Google Suite, EMR, and ability to learn new applications.

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks and ensure accountability.
• Prioritize, delegate, and supervise patient care activities.
• Ensure care complies with Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Establish collaborative relationships with physicians and departments.
• Collaborate to resolve patient care issues and improve access.
• Supervise patient care and service quality to meet expectations.
• Advocate for patients and resolve care-related issues.
• Monitor budgets/resources and improve cost and quality.
• Supervise equipment, supplies, and medications.
• Mentor staff and develop competencies in ambulatory services.
• Maintain confidentiality and manage risk in operations.
