Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes, delegates, and supervises to ensure patient care completion.
• Ensures care quality aligns with Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and departments to resolve care issues.
• Manages staff development, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Mentors staff, supports change processes, and ensures confidentiality.
