Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current California RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support for Providers (AHA).
• Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS) (AHA).
• 1 year of RN clinical experience required; 2 years preferred in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Leads health care team; delegates tasks with accountability.
• Prioritizes and supervises assignments to ensure patient care completion.
• Ensures quality of care compliant with Nurse Practice Act and regulations.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians and departments.
• Collaborates to resolve patient care issues and improve access to care.
• Oversees ongoing staff competency, training, and development.
• Manages equipment, supplies, and medications; monitors budgets and costs.
