MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles seeks an Ambulatory RN to lead the care team in outpatient clinics. The role requires nursing expertise, leadership, and collaboration with physicians to ensure high-quality patient care.

The position targets a Bachelor’s in Nursing with BLS and ACLS; at least 1 year of clinical experience is required, with 2 years preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English is required. Clinic operations and staff supervision are part of daily duties.

Formación

• RN with at least 1 year of clinical experience; 2 years preferred in last 5 years.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English required.
• Computer literacy with EMR, MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the health care team; delegate tasks and maintain accountability.
• Prioritize, delegate, and supervise patient care activities.
• Ensure care quality meets Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and departments to resolve care issues.
• Supervise patient care and service quality; advocate for patients.
• Support site administration and maintain clinic operations.
