SolutionHealth is seeking a qualified RN to join our Immediate Care team in the Nashua area. You will carry out nursing processes in person, by telephone triage, and via telehealth, room patients, take vitals, and collaborate with physicians and PAs to ensure timely, quality care.

Requirements include NH RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification; prior healthcare experience is required, with Epic experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Current BLS/CPR training is required.
• Epic experience is a plus.
• Experience in nursing tasks across in-person, telehealth, and triage contexts.

Responsabilités

• Carry out the nursing process in person, by telephone triage, and via telehealth modalities.
• Assess patient needs and plan care to achieve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Physician Assistants, and other health professionals on care plans.
• Administer medications, vaccines, and perform point-of-care testing as allowed by state.
• Educate patients on self-management and wellness tasks.
