Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Nashua care team. You will assist providers, triage patients, take vitals, administer medications, and support telehealth visits as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include NH RN licensure and current BLS/CPR certification; prior healthcare experience; Epic experience is a plus. We offer flexible day shifts, full and part-time benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active NH RN licensure required and BLS/CPR certification.
• Prior healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing process in person, by phone, and via telehealth.
• Assess patient needs, plan, intervene, and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to design/implement care.
• Administer medications, perform point-of-care testing, and collect specimens.
