SolutionHealth is hiring an RN for Nashua West Adult Medicine. You will carry out nursing processes in person, by telephone, and via telehealth, to ensure timely and appropriate care. You will assess needs, plan outcomes, intervene, and collaborate with physicians, PAs, and other health professionals.

Current NH RN licensure and BLS/CPR required. Epic experience is a plus; prior healthcare experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Current NH Registered Nurse licensure required.
• Certifications: BLS/CPR.
• Prior healthcare setting experience required.
• Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out nursing processes in person, by telephone, and via telehealth.
