Job summary

The position requires an RN license in New Jersey, a minimum of two years in ambulatory settings, and BLS certification, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and nursing program completion.
• RN license valid in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical ambulatory experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process effectively; assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate and complete patient assessments and re-assessments to improve outcomes.
• Provide patient/family teaching and ensure privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA.
• Document in EPIC Ambulatory and communicate with team members and physicians.
• Support safety, care coordination, and shared governance in ambulatory practice.
