Atlantic Health System is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Primary Care of Linden in Linden, NJ. The NP will collaborate with physicians and APPs to evaluate, plan, and follow-up on patient care, participate in medical consultations, and support department initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong communication, clinical confidence, and teamwork within a hospital system setting. Experience preferred; new grads are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active New Jersey NP license required.
• Experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains medical records, evaluates patients, orders tests, diagnoses diseases, prescribes meds, and supervises treatments.
• Assists patients with chronic disease management and promotes health and well-being.
• Guides and provides direction, education, and training.
• Performs injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Partners with physicians to develop treatment plans and monitor changes in a patients condition.
• Acts as a department representative to hospital committees or events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
