Job summary

Jobtome in United States, New Mexico, Los Lunas seeks a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in the ambulatory setting with clinical leadership responsibilities. You will mentor staff, model best practices, and deliver comprehensive education to patients and families.

The role supports coordination of care, admission/discharge processes, and safety with adherence to policies. 3+ years preferred; BLS/CPR required; sign-on and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Essential: Program Graduate.
• Nonessential: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Education specialization includes Nationally Accredited Nursing Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct patient care utilizing the nursing process in the ambulatory setting.
• Provide clinical leadership for staff and mentorship to staff.
• Serve as role model and provide full range of patient education to patients and families.
• Assume relief charge duties when designated and coordinate with shift supervisor.
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments; assist in tests and procedures.
• Mentor patients to promote self-management and empowerment.
• Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies; document care and outcomes.
