Concord Hospital in New Hampshire seeks an Ambulatory Clinical Leader. The role is 50% administrative and 50% direct clinical care in our ambulatory practices, balancing leadership, coaching, and patient care to improve outcomes and experience.

You will mentor nursing staff, develop clinical workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. A NH RN license, a Bachelor’s degree (or ADN with commensurate experience), and BLS are required, with experience in medical office settings

Qualificações

• RN license in New Hampshire (active).
• BLS certification required or equivalent.
• Bachelor degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with commensurate experience.

Responsabilidades

• Recruits, retains and develops clinical staff and manages performance.
• Coordinates educational and training programs for all clinical staff.
• Develops and implements clinical protocols and workflows and supervises compliance with regulations.
• Implements clinical processes to maximize quality care, efficiency and productivity.
• Acts as a conduit for department and organizational communication among staff.
• Participates in and supports departmental and organizational change.
• Provides clinical care to patients.
• Documents into the patient electronic medical record.
• Takes responsibility for individual performance goals.
