Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with multi-state compact and/or state privileges.
• BLS certification; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• Typically requires 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives to improve care efforts.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with care team.
• Maintains culture of safety and ethical practice.
• Maintains timely EHR documentation and may float as needed.
